Coming in September: The Veilbreaker Update for "Warframe"
Celebrating the game's new release
With the introduction of Styanax, the 50th playable Warframe, Digital Extremes is commemorating an important milestone for Warframe. When Veilbreaker opens on all platforms in September, Styanax may be instantly added to all player Arsenals for a brief period absolutely free. Astyanax was first revealed in an animated short.
Astyanax, a legendary Greek warrior, served as the model for the powerful and herculean Warframe known as Styanax. The new animated short follows Styanax as he aids in bringing the Origin System back under control after a group of Corpus settlers carries out a sinister plan under the direction of a terrifying cult leader named The Philanthropist.
Tenno, Warframe, or something else?
Describe Warframe. It's a third-person shooter/action game, thus it's got a lot of backstories, fast-paced gameplay, and violent melee fighting. The majority of the jargon will be explained as you progress through the novel, even though it may initially appear a little unclear. Therefore, if it all appears like gibberish, don't worry too much—most of the finest games are also filled with jargon.
The most important decision to make is what sort of playstyle you like; this will determine which Warframe to choose when the game first launches. Others may be unlocked as you go through the game, or you can spend some of that real-world cash to unlock them sooner. You're likely to discover a Warframe that fits you like a glove—or an improved exoskeleton—with the enormous selection that is available.
the 50th Warframe, Styanax
- Activate the Axios Javelin by using this command. Styanax's javelin repels every foe it is thrown at. An enemy flung into a wall by a javelin does significant damage to the area.
- Tharros Strike - Call forth Tharros, Styanax's shield. Swing Tharros to fend off opponents and weaken their armor and shields. Every adversary that Styanax hits receive health regeneration.
- Styanax should be highlighted to rally the troops. His dedication energizes the nearby allies, restoring their vitality and defenses. The regeneration of Styanax's shield quickens as more foes draw near.
- Last Stand: Show strength and bravery. Fire a shower of Axios javelins as you soar through the skies. Wherever they land, the javelins cause damage to neighboring foes. Direct contact with enemies does even greater damage.
Fan favorite Grineer Kahl-175 will make a triumphant comeback as a playable character in a brand-new Quest following the events of The New War as part of Warframe's Veilbreaker update. The Tenno are asked to look into a Murex spacecraft near Deimos and determine its origins following the detection of an odd signal by the Daughter of the Entrati family. Players take on the role of Kahl, who must battle through an assault of Sentient adversaries and resurrected Archon boss foes onboard the Murex to find and safely free his brothers from captivity.
Several new playable weekly missions featuring Kahl-175 at the center of the action are also planned for the Veilbreaker update. These will feature cooperative action fighting, enable users to advance Kahl's overall rank as tasks are finished, and grant access to additional modifications.
New Options for Customization
Players of Warframe will also benefit from new Customizations, Accessories, and Quality-of-Life improvements thanks to Veilbreaker. These improvements include new Warframe Voidshell Skins, exclusive Kahl-175 cosmetics, the introduction of the Protea Caladrius Collection, and changes to some systems, such as Thrown Weapons.
The tactical gadgeteer Protea undergoes a luxury change with the help of the Protea Caladrius Collection, which offers a brand-new aesthetic and a fresh new style for Protea. The Protea Caladrius Skin, named after the caladrius bird of Roman mythology, the Secret Tonkor Skin, the Montivus Throwing Bombs Skin, and the Ascension Speargun Skin are all part of this brand-new collection. Prepare to rule the battlefield in this distinct alternate Protea appearance.
In response to user input, Digital Extremes will also introduce modifications to its current Warframe Prime Vault program. Players will be able to learn more about these changes in September.
